Ban Appeal Process
Got banned? We take appeals seriously. Follow this process to have your case reviewed fairly.
Before You Appeal
- Read the Rules & Standards carefully—understand what you did wrong
- Be honest with yourself about the violation
- Wait at least 24 hours before appealing (gives everyone time to cool off)
- Do not attempt to join through other accounts (ban evasion = permanent ban)
How to Appeal
- Join the Discord
- Go to the #appeals channel
- Click the appeal form button or follow the posted instructions
- Be thorough and honest in your response
- Wait for staff review (usually 48-72 hours)
Incomplete or disrespectful appeals will be denied. Take this seriously.
Appeal Guidelines
- Be Respectful: Don't blame staff or make excuses. Take responsibility.
- Be Honest: Explain what you did and why it violated the rules.
- Show Growth: Explain what you've learned and how you'll do better.
- One Appeal Per Ban: Multiple appeals will be auto-denied.
- No Staff DMs: Use the official appeal channel—DMing staff counts as spam.
Outcomes
- Appeal Accepted: Ban lifted, you can rejoin immediately.
- Appeal Denied: Ban remains. You may appeal again after 30 days.
- Ban Extended: Disrespectful or ban-evading appeals result in extended bans.
